Buyer

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance and liaising with inventory teams and management. The buyer will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand.

The Buyer should be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
  • Ability to travel.

Buyer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in appropriate software.
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Occasional domestic and/or international travel.
Senior (Online) Designer

We are looking for a senior (online) designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The senior (online) designer's responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

To be successful as a senior (online) designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent senior (online) designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Senior (Online) Designer Responsibilities:

  • Designing (online) graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
  • Generating fresh concepts.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
  • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Senior (Online) Designer Requirements:

  • A graphic design qualification or similar.
  • Portfolio with design projects.
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
  • Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
  • Working experience with Shopify, CSS3, HTML5.
  • A keen eye for visual details.

Marketing Manager

  • Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.

  • Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.
  • Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
  • Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.

Quality Manager Requirements:
